The podcast touches on meaningful, fun and everyday topics related to the life of Ethiopian immigrants living in the western world. The aim is to record conversations between Habesha friends, located in different part of the world, including those back home, exchanging life experiences and sharing prospective so that other fellow countrymen going through the same lifestyle can draw helpful aspects that would inspire them to see value in whatever they go through in their own life and hopefully, to develop an honest conversation within their own circle of friends. The language used in this podcast is Amharic. However, the English language will be in the mix as well based on guest's preferences.Email:Matmil2007@hotmail.com

Episode 1
In the first episode, alongside my brother, we discuss on methods we can apply while dealing with stress and mental issues related to living in a world that was not built for us. As Ethiopians who have lived most part of their life abroad, we believe the best way to go forward is to reconnect with oneself which would help us feel like ourselves again. We will also discuss about how to spot toxic traits in our friends and in ourselves and what to do about it.
